Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Farm & Sea. So If something isn’t right, let us know so we can make it right.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or we’ve sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving it at dan@farmandsea.co.nz with a photo and your order details. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You won’t need to return the product.

Change of mind
As a food business we’re unable to accept returns on dispatched products.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
