Coarse-filtered for a creamy, fudge-like texture with delicate notes of vanilla and coconut.

Why raw honey: Naturally rich in live enzymes and antioxidants that support immune health. Keeping it below 40°C and avoiding fine filtration ensures all the beneficial enzymes remain intact.

Why we chose this: Most honeys in NZ have been found to contain glyphosate residues. They’re also pasteurised and finely filtered, which kills the enzymes and strips away some of the natural health benefits.

This honey is kept as close to its natural state as possible — meeting our standard for pure, honest honey.
