A vibrant, full-bodied espresso with a silky-smooth mouthfeel and layered notes of toffee, milk chocolate and mandarin, finished with a subtle sweetness and creamy finish.

Why we chose it: Made from 100% certified organic coffee beans from Colombia, Mexico, Sumatra and East Timor. Organic means avoiding the pesticides and herbicides commonly used in conventional coffee farming.

The beans are also tested after roasting for the full suite of mycotoxins by an Australian government-accredited laboratory, with every test so far returning non-detectable results.

What makes it special: Carefully sourced and roasted in the Byron Bay hinterland to create a clean, balanced espresso with so much character.
